In addition, you will be required to sign a medical declaration form. All the techniques that are to be demonstrated have undergone a thorough risk assessment. However, as with all training in physical contact techniques, there is always a potential for injury. It is therefore essential that you complete the questions honestly so that the tutor is aware of any pre-existing conditions/injury prior to the commencement of training.
